Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our high-tenacity PP multifilament yarn, ordering and delivery.
We manufacture a full range of high-tenacity PP (polypropylene) multifilament yarn — Twisted Yarn, Air Intermingled Yarn, Flat Yarn, Juki Yarn, Y-Cone and PP / Filler Cords — engineered for demanding industrial applications.
Multifilament yarn is made of many fine continuous filaments twisted or intermingled together, giving high strength with flexibility and a soft finish. Compared to fibrillated tape or monofilament yarn, multifilament offers better seam strength, abrasion resistance and knot retention — which is why it is preferred for FIBC stitching, ropes, webbing and technical textiles.
Our yarns are engineered for high tenacity, ranging from 6.0 to 7.0 GPD, so they resist breakages even on high-speed machines.
We produce PP multifilament yarn across a wide denier range — from fine stitching threads to heavy industrial cords. Share your denier, tenacity and colour requirement and we will match the exact specification for your application.
Our high-tenacity yarn is manufactured from 100% virgin polypropylene. Virgin resin delivers consistent tenacity, cleaner shade matching and reliable batch-to-batch performance — critical for high-speed machines and demanding industrial use.
Polypropylene softens at around 150°C and melts near 160–170°C. Our yarn also resists moisture, most acids and alkalis, and does not rot — making it well suited to outdoor, marine and chemical-exposure applications.
